From the first moment I felt very confident, because of their customer service. They did the evaluation and I also did a lot of research, when they explained it to me and I asked my questions, they answered everything correctly. That was when I immediately decided to choose Bayside Dental Art. I knew that the procedure is not easy at all, it is complex, and I swear that I thought I was going to suffer a lot in the process. But no! Dr. Andreu's level of professionalism is high, as is the staff that assists him. I received a lot of empathy from them and that desire for you to leave well and happy. Obviously, you have to follow all the post-operative recommendations and everything will surely be fine. I am a real patient and I certify that this place is 5 stars and I highly recommend it! I wish I had met Dr. Andrey years ago. He is such a great dentist. Very knowledgeable, kind and professional. His staff is awesome. I had a bad experience with another dentist many years ago. I used to feel so much pain during him taking care of my teeth that was why I was so afraid of any other dentist. I never went back to see what was going on with my teeth. I finally found this great dentist and started a bunch of things to make my smile & eating better. Being so afraid of needles etc Dr. Andrey makes even sitting in the chair comfortable. I did part of my work but I have a few more things to get done. So far so good & I feel good. I will keep you posted as things proceed with me getting all my stuff done. I am very excited even though I have to use soft food . I am still excited. I can't wait to bite in a burger.
